Magical mud in Rotorua
Rotorua is full of bubbling mud pools and thermal geysers. There’s a bit of a funny smell in the air; but I’m told it’s sulphur from the thermal activity.
There’s so much to do here, I feel like a tourist. I think I’ll see the world-famous Pohutu Geyser, learn about how Maori cooked their food in the boiling hot pools, and maybe visit Hell’s Gate - the world’s fiercest thermal area. I’d better take my VIB Protection Squad along, just in case.
