Nate's vanilla ice cream
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preparation: 10 mins › Freeze time: 8 hours
- Whisk together the milk and sugar in a bowl.
- Glently stir in the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is combined.
- Place it in your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or place it in the freezer and allow it to harden for a while for a firmer result.
