Frankenstein smoothie

Halloween doesn’t have to be all about the candy. This Frankenstein Smoothie is both fun and healthy!

Ingredients:

Serves: 2

1 cup milk
3 frozen bananas
2 good handfuls of spinach
½ mango (optional)
Handful of blueberries

Directions:

  1. Draw a scary Frankenstein face onto a jar.
  2. Blend milk, banana, spinach and mango in a smoothie maker or blender until smooth and combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jar and top with the blueberries.
