Layered Christmas smoothie
Mmm, doesn't this layered Christmas smoothie look delicious? Packed with vegetables and summer fruits, it's guilt-free too!
Ingredients:

Layered Christmas smoothie
The red layer:
watermelon, strawberries, raspberries
The white layer:
Milk, ripe bananas, cashews (skip cashews if nut free)
The green layer:
Frozen mango, spinach leaves, half of the white layer mix
Directions:
To create a layered smoothie there isn’t really much to it, other than ensuring your smoothie blend has a thick texture. i.e. think a thick shake rather than a milkshake.
- In a blender combine the watermelon, strawberries and raspberries to create the red layer, set aside and rinse the blender for next stage
- In the blender combine the milk, ripe bananas and cashews (if using). Divide this mixture into two, rinse the blender for next stage
- In the blender combine the frozen mango, spinach leaves and half of the white layer mix
- In your glass layer the colours, top with fruit and enjoy.
