Mango maple smoothie

Using dairy foods in your cooking is a great way to get key nutrients like calcium and protein into your meals

Ingredients:

250mls milk
1 mango peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve.
