Nate's vanilla ice cream


2 cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Preparation: 10 mins › Freeze time: 8 hours

  1. Whisk together the milk and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Glently stir in the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is combined.
  3. Place it in your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or place it in the freezer and allow it to harden for a while for a firmer result.
