Scalloped potatoes

Add some extra flavour to your next dinner dish with this delicious, creamy and cheesy potato recipe!

Ingredients:

Scalloped Potatoes 800X450

Serves: 6-8

1kg potatoes
1 onion thinly sliced
1 cup milk
1 cup cream

Directions:

Preparation: 10min › Cook: 60-70min

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Grease a 20x30cm ovenproof dish with butter and layer the potatoes alternately with the onion.
  3. Mix together the  milk and cream with salt and white pepper and pour over the potatoes.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
