Scalloped potatoes
Add some extra flavour to your next dinner dish with this delicious, creamy and cheesy potato recipe!
Ingredients:

Serves: 6-8
1kg potatoes
1 onion thinly sliced
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
Directions:
Preparation: 10min › Cook: 60-70min
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a 20x30cm ovenproof dish with butter and layer the potatoes alternately with the onion.
- Mix together the milk and cream with salt and white pepper and pour over the potatoes.
- Place in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
